The null pointer exception is caused by antivirus software blocking the incogniton browser.
If you want to fix this error you need to close Incogniton.
Go to the folder below and delete the files which are saved in this folder:
After that you need to stop your antivirus for a moment
Start Incogniton and let it download the browser
Start the anti virus and make an exception for the browser directory
Please restart again Incogniton and you now should be able to use Incogniton.
