Two anti-detect browsers, one job: run many accounts without them being linked to each other. In this Incogniton vs HideMyAcc comparison, both tools give every account its own browser fingerprint, cookies and proxy. The real differences show up in what you pay once you need 10, 150 or 500 profiles, how much a teammate costs, whether proxies are included, and where your browsing data lives.
Who each tool is for: Incogniton is built for solo marketers, agencies and e-commerce teams who want realistic profiles out of the box, free built-in proxies on every plan, team seats included in the price and control over whether browsing data leaves their computer. HideMyAcc suits users who want the lowest possible entry price for a handful of profiles, mobile (iOS and Android) fingerprints, or a drag-and-drop script builder.
Our verdict up front: for most readers, Incogniton is the better choice. HideMyAcc’s cheapest plan is cheaper ($10/month for 5 profiles), but 10 profiles already means its $29 Starter plan, which includes no free proxies and no API access. Both of those start with its Base plan at $49/month (HideMyAcc pricing, as of September 2026). Incogniton gives you 10 profiles with free built-in proxies for $19.99/month, 150 profiles and 3 team seats for $79.99, and a free plan with 10 profiles for 2 months, no credit card needed.
TL;DR
- Cheaper at every size we priced (monthly billing): 10 profiles cost $19.99 on Incogniton vs $29 on HideMyAcc; 150 profiles + 3 seats cost $79.99 vs $99; 500 profiles + 10 seats cost $149.99 vs about $224 (HideMyAcc pricing).
- Free built-in proxies on every Incogniton plan, including the free one. HideMyAcc’s free proxies start at its $49/month Base plan.
- A real free plan: 10 profiles for 2 months, then 3, with no credit card. HideMyAcc offers a 7-day free trial.
- Your data, your choice: turn off Cloud saving and your browsing data stays on your own computer. Optional 2FA is available on every plan.
- Where HideMyAcc wins: a lower entry price for up to 5 profiles, 50% off on yearly billing, and iOS/Android fingerprints from its Base plan.

A Brief Overview of Both Browsers
Incogniton launched publicly in 2020 and is developed in Amsterdam. It’s used by more than 1 million people and holds a 4.6/5 rating on Trustpilot (208 reviews, September 2026). Reviewers regularly highlight its reliability, automation support and organized profile management.
HideMyAcc is made by ONEADX Co., Ltd. in Hanoi, Vietnam, and its site dates back to 2021 (source). It positions itself as a flexible, budget-friendly option with mobile fingerprints and no-code automation. Its desktop app runs on Windows and macOS, the same as Incogniton.
Both tools solve the same problem. Platforms don’t only look at your IP address; they use browser fingerprinting to recognize details such as your operating system, screen resolution, fonts and time zone. An anti-detect browser gives every account its own separate fingerprint, so each profile looks like a different device.
Incogniton vs HideMyAcc: Head-to-Head Comparison
1. Anti-Fingerprinting and Ease of Use
Both browsers let you customize fingerprint parameters such as the user agent, time zone and screen resolution, and both offer default profile settings so you don’t have to start from zero.
In our view, Incogniton is the easiest way to get going. Every new profile comes with a realistic fingerprint out of the box, so you can create a profile, add a proxy and start working. You can still fine-tune any setting per profile or through the API, but you don’t need a technical background to get a consistent setup.
One clear advantage in HideMyAcc’s favour: from its Base plan ($49/month), it can emulate iOS and Android fingerprints, which Incogniton doesn’t offer (source). If mobile fingerprints are central to your work, that can be a deciding factor.
2. Profile Management and Cookie Handling
HideMyAcc covers the essentials on every plan: bulk profile creation, duplication, cookie and bookmark import, pinned profiles and an activity history (source).
Incogniton is built for managing profiles at scale, with a clean interface that makes it easy to search, group and clone large sets of profiles. With Cloud saving on, profiles sync across devices, which is handy for distributed teams. You choose the storage region (US, EU or Asia), and data is transferred over HTTPS with short-lived signed links.
For cookies, Incogniton goes further. From the Entrepreneur plan ($29.99/month), the Cookie Collector automatically visits a list of common websites to warm up a new profile with a realistic cookie base before you use it. Cookie export and profile transfer are included from the same plan.
3. Proxy Integration and Free Proxies
An anti-detect browser is only as strong as the proxies behind it. Both tools let you add your own proxies, and HideMyAcc includes a Proxy Manager and a Proxy Store with partner discounts on every plan.
The difference is what’s included. HideMyAcc advertises free proxies from its partners, but they are only listed on its Base plan and above, from $49/month (source). On Mini ($10) and Starter ($29), you bring your own.
Incogniton includes free built-in proxies on every plan, including the free one, so a new profile can go online straight away. You can test a proxy’s connection inside the app before launching a session, and you can always use your own proxies instead.
4. Team Collaboration
For agencies and marketing teams, this is one of the biggest differences between the two.
HideMyAcc handles teamwork through sub-accounts, available from its Base plan. Base includes 1 free sub-account, Team includes 3 and Business includes 5. Extra sub-accounts can be added and are paid for based on the days left on the main account (HideMyAcc docs). Its pricing page lists a “Share” account, which “works as sub-account”, at $5/month, or $3/month billed yearly (source). Mini and Starter have no team members at all.
Incogniton was designed with team collaboration in mind. The Professional plan includes 3 team seats and the Custom Package includes 10; extra seats cost $5/month. From Professional, role-based permissions per member and per group decide who can view, edit, launch or delete which profiles, so everyone sees exactly what they need and nothing more.
5. Automation Capabilities
HideMyAcc focuses on no-code automation. Every plan includes ready-made system scripts, a drag-and-drop script builder, action recording and a synchronizer. API access starts at its Base plan ($49/month) (source). If you want to build scripts visually, that’s a real strength.
Incogniton serves both non-technical users and developers. From the Entrepreneur plan ($29.99/month), you get the REST API with Selenium and Puppeteer integration (plus Playwright through its SDK), so developers can manage and drive profiles programmatically. You also get the Synchronizer, which mirrors what you do in one profile across many others. Paste as Human Typing, which types text like a person would, is on every plan.

6. Pricing: What You Really Pay
Incogniton’s free Starter plan gives you 10 profiles for the first 2 months, then 3, with no credit card. Paid plans are Starter Plus ($19.99/month, 10 profiles), Entrepreneur ($29.99, 50 profiles), Professional ($79.99, 150 profiles and 3 team seats) and the Custom Package ($149.99, 500 profiles and 10 seats, scalable to 5,000 profiles). Extra seats are $5/month; 6-month billing saves 30% and yearly billing saves 40%. Every plan includes free built-in proxies.
HideMyAcc’s plans are Mini ($10/month, 5 profiles), Starter ($29, 30), Base ($49, 100), Team ($99, 300) and Business ($199, 1,000), with 50% off on yearly billing and a 7-day free trial (source). If you only need 5 profiles, its Mini plan is genuinely cheap. From 10 profiles upwards, the math favours Incogniton:
| What you need | Incogniton | HideMyAcc (as of September 2026) |
| 10 profiles, solo (monthly) | Starter Plus: $19.99, free built-in proxies included | Starter (30 profiles): $29; no free proxies, no team members, no API (Mini stops at 5 profiles) |
| 150 profiles + 3 team seats (monthly) | Professional: $79.99, 3 seats and free proxies included | Team (300 profiles, 3 free sub-accounts): $99 (Base stops at 100 profiles) |
| 500 profiles + 10 team seats (monthly) | Custom Package: $149.99, 10 seats and free proxies included | Business (1,000 profiles, 5 free sub-accounts) $199 + 5 extra sub-accounts × $5 = about $224 |
| Same, billed yearly (per month) | $11.99 · $47.99 · $89.99 (40% off) | $15 · $49 · about $114 (50% off; extra sub-accounts at $3) |
| Extra team seat | $5/month on any plan with seats | “Share” account $5/month ($3 yearly); pro-rated to the main account (docs) |
| Free proxies | Every plan, including free | Base plan ($49/month) and up |
| Free option | 10 profiles for 2 months, then 3; no credit card | 7-day free trial |
HideMyAcc figures are from its pricing page and team documentation, checked in September 2026. We priced extra sub-accounts at the $5 “Share” account rate; HideMyAcc bills extra sub-accounts pro rata, so your exact total may differ. HideMyAcc’s plans include more profiles at each step (300 and 1,000), which helps if you need them, but you pay for them whether you use them or not.
7. Support and Documentation
Incogniton offers live chat and email support. Its help centre has step-by-step guides from fingerprint setup to API automation, developers get full API documentation, and the official YouTube channel has short video walkthroughs.
HideMyAcc offers support by email, live chat, Telegram and Facebook, with a GitBook help centre and API docs (source).
Security and Data Control
Your anti-detect browser holds the keys to every account you run, so it matters where that data lives and who can reach it. Incogniton gives you the controls:
- You decide where your browsing data lives. Turn off Cloud saving, and your browsing data (cookies, saved logins, local storage and history) stays on your own computer. Profile settings and fingerprint configuration are still stored on Incogniton’s servers.
- Choose your region. With Cloud saving on, you choose where profile data is stored: US, EU or Asia.
- Two-factor authentication on every plan. Optional TOTP 2FA works with any authenticator app, on every plan, including the free one.
- Session control. See your signed-in devices and log out of all of them in one click.
- Team permissions. Role-based permissions per member and per group.
- Safer transfers. Profile data moves over HTTPS with short-lived signed links.
HideMyAcc also offers authenticator-app 2FA (in version 3.0), and once it’s on, it also asks for a code when you delete or transfer a profile, a nice touch. It shows your login sessions with time, device and location (source). Profile data is kept in a local folder, and its pricing page says profiles are “always backed up in the cloud” on every plan (storage docs, pricing). We found no documented setting to keep browsing data off its servers.
| Security and data control | Incogniton | HideMyAcc |
| Two-factor authentication | Optional TOTP with any authenticator app, every plan including free | Authenticator app, HideMyAcc 3.0; also required to delete or transfer profiles (source) |
| Keep browsing data on your computer | Yes: turn off Cloud saving and cookies, saved logins, local storage and history stay on your computer (profile settings stay in the cloud) | — (profiles “always backed up in the cloud”; no opt-out documented) (source) |
| Signed-in devices | See them and log out of all in one click | Login sessions listed with time, device and location (source) |
| Team permissions | Role-based, per member and per group (Professional+) | Different access levels per sub-account (Base+) (source) |
| Choose storage region | US, EU or Asia | — |
| Deleted profile recovery | — | Restore from trash within 24 hours; 10 latest sessions backed up (source) |
Whichever tool you choose, use a strong, unique password, turn on 2FA and keep your computer free of malware.
Where HideMyAcc Falls Short
HideMyAcc is a capable browser, and for a handful of profiles its Mini plan is hard to beat on price. The trade-offs show up in the small print. All facts below are as of September 2026.
- A short recovery window for deleted profiles. HideMyAcc’s pricing page says an accidentally deleted profile can be restored from the trash “within 24 hours.” If a profile is deleted on a Friday and nobody notices until Monday, it may already be outside that stated window. Its help centre adds that backups run once a day at midnight, so a profile created and deleted on the same day can’t be restored.
- No cash refunds. HideMyAcc’s refund policy says it “does not issue cash refunds”; in cases of clear error on its side, it credits extra usage days instead, and requests must be made within 7 days.
- Proxies and API are plan-gated. Free proxies and API access start at the $49/month Base plan; Mini and Starter get neither (pricing).
- No team members on the cheaper plans. Sub-accounts start at Base, and larger teams pay for extra sub-accounts on top of the plan (docs). A 10-person team with 500 profiles pays about $224/month on monthly billing, against $149.99 on Incogniton.
To be fair, the 24-hour trash window is separate from HideMyAcc’s Session Backup, which the same pricing page says keeps the 10 latest sessions and can restore session data such as cookies, history and bookmarks. So a short trash window does not mean HideMyAcc has no backups, or that every lost profile is unrecoverable. It does mean teams that often delete and re-create profiles should build their own check into the workflow.
Where HideMyAcc genuinely wins: its Mini plan costs $10/month ($5 billed yearly) for up to 5 profiles, yearly billing saves 50%, it offers iOS and Android fingerprints from Base, and its drag-and-drop script builder is on every plan (source).
