How to Set Up Squid Proxies in Incogniton

Step 1: Download Incogniton and create an account

Download Incogniton for your operating system (Windows or Mac), install the app and complete the setup. Create an Incogniton account (if you don’t already have one) and sign in to the app.

Step 2: Set up your Squid Proxies account

Create a Squid Proxies account, verify your email and sign in. In the dashboard, click on Buy Proxies. Choose the proxy type, datacenter or residential, and select the preferred plan by clicking on Get Started. Proceed to payment, using one of the available methods.

Step 3: Retrieve proxy details

Go to My Proxies in your Squid Proxies dashboard and copy the proxy details provided:

• Port number

Step 5: Launch and verify your profile

Click on Start next to the configured browser profile to launch it. Visit an IP-checking service (like whoer.net) within the browser profile to confirm the profile is using the expected IP and location.
