About the business
The business is a Netherlands-based e-commerce operation run by a solo entrepreneur. As the sole person responsible for managing the business, the entrepreneur handles various daily activities, including online advertising and account management.
How Incogniton is used
Incogniton is used daily to manage multiple Facebook profiles and their associated email accounts. The entrepreneur currently operates seven Facebook accounts, each linked to a separate email address, and is the only person with access to these profiles.
By keeping the accounts organized within Incogniton, the entrepreneur can easily switch between different profiles without repeatedly logging in and out. Each profile provides a separate browser environment, making it easier to manage different accounts while keeping browsing sessions organized.
The challenges: managing multiple accounts efficiently and securely
One of the main challenges the entrepreneur faced was managing multiple Facebook accounts while maintaining a secure and organized advertising setup. Keeping track of different login credentials and authentication codes requires more effort and can become a time-consuming task.
Incogniton helps address these challenges by allowing the entrepreneur to access individual browser profiles directly, without having to manually log in to every account each time.
The separate browser environments also provide a more structured way to manage Facebook accounts, helping the entrepreneur keep different activities organized and reduce the risk of accidentally mixing up accounts.
The results: saving time and simplifying daily operations
Since using Incogniton, the entrepreneur has experienced noticeable improvements in efficiency and convenience. The biggest advantage is the time saved when accessing and switching between accounts. Instead of repeatedly entering usernames, passwords, and authentication codes, the entrepreneur can open the relevant Incogniton browser profile and continue working. This eliminates a significant amount of repetitive work.
Incogniton is so easy to use, and it saves a lot of time when logging in to different profiles. For example, I have seven different Facebook profiles that I use, and all of them have a different email address. So that's already 14 sets of login credentials. I'm also using 2FA on all of them, and those codes are saved on one of the Chrome pages as well.
The entrepreneur also believes that using Incogniton may have helped reduce the risk of Facebook account bans, although it is difficult to determine exactly how many potential bans have been avoided.
Looking ahead, the entrepreneur plans to grow the business and potentially hire additional employees. As the team expands, Incogniton could also play a role in helping employees work with different browser profiles while keeping account information organized, separated and save across different IP addresses.
