What if I don't purchase a starter plus package?
The 10 profiles starter package has a two month trial. After two months you will be automatically downgraded to the base plan with only 3 profiles. If you want to continue using all the functionalities of the starter package you can upgrade to the starter plus package.
Which functionalities are not included in the free starter package but are only available in paid subscriptions?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer all functionalities in the 10 browser profiles starter package. The features below are not available in the free version of Incogniton.
- Cookie Collector automatically generate cookies in your new browser profiles to increase the reliability
- Limit to create and delete only 50 profiles per month
- The Synchronizer is limited to 4-browser profiles
- The ability to transfer browser profiles between Incogniton users
- Team member feature, ability to give your co-workers access to your Incogniton browser profiles
- Exporting cookies from your browser profiles
- Automation via REST API & Selenium
- Ability to restore accidentally deleted profiles (trash bin)
Do I get discount if a buy for a year or half year in advance?
Yes, if you pay in advance for a year or six months, you will receive a 30% discount on the subscription price. You can get your 6 months discount via the pricing table. If you want to pay a year in advance you will need to contact [email protected]
What payment methods do you accept?
Incogniton currently accepts Paypal, a variety of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and a selection of cryptocurrencies through Coinbase: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE) and Dai.
Can I change my subscription after picking a certain package?
Yes, changing your subscription is easy after starting. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. In this guide we have a detailed description for switching your subscription.
Why is VAT added to the price?
According to laws and regulations, digital services must be subject to sales tax in the country where the services are used.
If you are registered as a business, you can be exempted from VAT by entering your Business and VAT number. In this guide we have made clear how you can be excempted from the VAT charge. If this doesn’t work, please contact [email protected].
What if my (crypto) payment did not go through properly?
In most cases, this is caused by a delay in payment. To activate your subscription in advance, you must send an email to [email protected]. We will then activate your subscription so that you can immediately start using Incogniton.
What if I need a package with more profiles or team member seats (custom package)
Premium support
If you choose to select a paid package, you will also receive premium support. This means that if necessary you can also ask for a video call or any desk session to resolve support problems. Furthermore, one of our developers can help you with questions or give advise about automating browser actions.
How many team member seats are included in a regular custom package?
By default, a custom package starting from at least 500 profiles includes 10 team member seats. If desired, you can always add extra team member seats.
