What if I don't purchase a starter plus package?
The 10 profiles starter package has a two month trial. After two months you will be automatically downgraded to the base plan with only 3 profiles. If you want to continue using all the functionalities of the starter package you can upgrade to the Starter Plus package.
Which features are not included in the free starter package, only in paid subscriptions?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer all functionalities in the free starter package. The features below are not available in the free version of Incogniton:
- Cookie Collector: Automatically generate cookies in your new browser profiles to increase the reliability
- Synchronizer: Copy actions from one browser profile to others and avoid repetitive tasks.
- Transfer browser profiles between Incogniton users
- Team Management feature: Add team members to your account an give them roles and permissions
- Export cookies from your browser profiles
- Automation via REST API and Selenium
- Ability to restore deleted profiles
Do I get a discount if I buy for a year or half year in advance?
Yes, if you pay in advance for a year or six months, you will receive a 30% discount on the subscription price. You can get your 6 months discount via the pricing table. If you want to pay a year in advance you will need to contact [email protected].
What payment methods do you accept?
Incogniton currently accepts Paypal, a variety of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and a selection of cryptocurrencies through Coinbase: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE) and Dai.
Can I change my subscription after picking a certain package?
Yes, changing your subscription is easy after starting. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. In this guide we have a detailed description for switching your subscription.
Why is VAT added to the price?
According to laws and regulations, digital services must be subject to sales tax in the country where the services are used.
If you are registered as a business, you can be exempted from VAT by entering your business number and VAT number. In this guide we explained how you can be exempted from the VAT charge. If this doesn’t work, please contact [email protected].
What if my (crypto) payment did not go through properly?
In most cases, this is caused by a delay in payment. To activate your subscription in advance, you must sent an email to [email protected]. We will then activate your subscription so that you can immediately start using Incogniton.
What if I need a package with more profiles or team member seats (custom package)?
If you need a custom package, you can choose the custom option on this page, and select the preferred amount of browser profiles and team member seats. You can also contact us via support@incogniton. We will then tailor a package based on your wishes.
How many team member seats are included in a regular custom package?
By default, a custom package starting from at least 500 profiles includes 10 team member seats. If desired, you can always add extra team member seats.
Does Incogniton offer premium support?
If you choose to select a paid package, you will receive premium support. This means that you can ask for a video call or any desk session in addition to regular support through email. Furthermore, our developers can help you with questions or advice about automating browser actions.
