PAYMENTS
Company reserves the right to choose the forms of payment accepted for Company Services, to refuse select forms of payment, to refuse service to anyone and to add or remove particular third parties from whom it will accept payments. As of now, Company accepts credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), PayPal or Bitcoin.
Company may make available to Customer various payment processing methods to facilitate the payment for the Services. Customer must abide by any relevant terms and conditions or other agreement, whether with Company or a third party, that governs the use of a given processing method. Company may add or remove payment processing methods at its sole discretion and without notice to Customer. Customer agrees to pay for any Services that Customer orders and that Company may charge Customer’s credit card or other form of payment that Customer indicates for any Services purchased, along with additional amounts (including any taxes). Customer agrees that Customer is solely responsible for all fees associated with the purchases made by the Customer on or through the Platform.
Please visit our services page for pricing and the latest offers for all our services. Some features of Incogniton are free and some features are only available for a fee. If you agree to our payment policy and subscribe to the relevant features, you commit to pay for the relevant features. Prices for all services (including, but not limited to, the monthly subscription plan fees for the software) are subject to change. Price changes will be posted to the software itself.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time or from time to time without notice, and Incogniton shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
REFUNDS
Users can choose the corresponding services in the Incogniton package according to their needs. Once the corresponding service is selected, it will be binding on the user. For the fee-based services, the service price and service period are freely chosen by the customer. The user should fully understand the functions and application scenarios of Incogniton before making a payment. Incogniton only supports the user to apply for a refund within 24 hours of purchasing the Incogniton paid service, and no refund will be made after 24 hours. After the purchase is successful, the timing will begin.
If there is a dispute about an order, please contact the online customer service first or send an email to us, instead of opening credit card disputes or chargebacks which may lead to the banning of the account.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, webapp designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Website (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws, international copyright laws, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Website “AS IS” for your information and personal use only.
